am listening to a child screaming and crying at another block of
flats apparently.
poor kid is crying, screaming machiam like my nephew having his
meltdown.
i wonder what is the parents doing. was the child locked in a
bedroom to scream and rant? for 1/2 hour already!
really breaks my heart to hear those meltdowns.
